A purrfect late afternoon Easter beer. With spring right around it was time for for my tongue to return to the tropics. Tropical flavors that is. Galaxy hops smack you right in the mouth and a big wave of aromatics rushing into your nose. A thick pillowy white head greats your lips on each sip. A smooth tropical finish with a slightly malty bite rounds out this 8.2% cat. Cheers to another Massachusetts based winner!

Pours a hazy orange color with a good head, lots of lacing. Taste is soft, hoppy, bit of citrus in there, soft bitterness. Excellent, creamy mouth feel. A pretty enjoyable beer, definitely worth a try. Galaxy, Vic Secret, and Nelson Sauvin hops make up the hop bill. No date on the can so I have no idea how old it is. I wish all breweries would date their beers line Maine Beer does - it's clearly stamped right on the label in an easy to understand format.

Smells of grassy piney hops with some citrus. Tastes of slightly tart citrus , pineapple and mango. Has a slightly bitter finish.
Medium body with light carbonation. Lush smooth mouthfeel.
This is a delicious, juicy drinkable NE IPA. It is mild mannered and should be enjoyiable for IPA hesitant folks.
