A: Hazy yellow-brown.
S: Fruity and very sweet. It smells of apricots, yes, but overripe fruit that has a hint of rot about it. Quite pungent and pretty good.
T/M/O: Hm, I prefer this less than the base beer or the raspberry variant. The berlinerweisse base is evident and puckering, but the apricot fairly evaporates, with only a hint of skin-fuzz haunting the flavor. Don't get me wrong, this is still a great beer, just not as good as the original.
