Opaque matte brown-yellow. It smells like raw, dried apricots. It tastes similarly, with a gorgeous lactic acidic bite. Fruity and fresh and lovely. A touch thin, but it works in the beer. Highly recommended.

Tastes almost like sunny d. I commend the amount of fruit flavor that comes through on this beer but it is more kerns apricot juice than it is beer with apricots. Tartness is mild and funky/yeast driven notes are also quite mild.
