This is the kind of 'pale ale' I dig. That is, much more reminiscent of an IPA. L: muted yellow. S: nice hop bouquet with a light biscuity malt underbelly. T: superb bright hop combination. Tingles nicely on the tongue. Perfect malt backing. A+ flavor. F: easy drinking. A bit light on the carb. O: i'm very satisfied with my growler fill.

The beer was great with just the carbonation off - flattish look with loose, irregular shaped bubbles, little lacing. The mouth feel suffered from this as well. With as much as the hop aroma and flavor were popping, I can only imagine how good this would be if the carb was dialed in.
