Candyman, a kettle soured wild red ale aged on cherries, cocoa nibs and vanilla. Tap only at the brewery in Belmont, CA. Look: brownish red. Smell: a tinge of sour, semisweet malt, cocoa, cherries. Taste: wow. This was outstanding! I could have drank this all night. A lovely Mix of sweet and sour. The sour (lacto?) and cocoa, cherries, and vanilla work perfectly. Feel: smooth and velvety. They nailed this. Overall: very impressive offering. Keep it up guys!!
