From tasting notes 02/03/18
Had on-tap at Track 7 Brewing in Natomas, CA
A - Served up in a 13oz snifter, hazy and orange in color with a thin, broken layer if suds sitting atop, thickening up into a ring around the edge of the glass. Good amount of lacing, with broken sheeting and spotting.
S - Aroma is juicy orange, lesser pineapple and a hint of stonefruit.
T - Follows the nose. Juicy orange and pineapple bite with a bit of floral character and some spice. Nondescript stonefruit flavor. Dry pit nuttiness emerges mid-taste and sticks around. Finish has some pithy bitterness and pineapple acidity lingering in the aftertastes. No IBUs? Interesting...
M - Medium-bodied with a fair, tingly carbonation. Slick, easy drinker before a dry, yeasty/chalky finish.
O - Interesting concept, even if the end result is a beer that has a high IBU taste. Sort of a novelty act in a way, but the beer still tastes great.

Delicious, but with these two breweries it was no surprise.
the aroma on this one seemed like it filled the whole room
nice clean copper color. Will revisit for sure.
