West Coast IPA dry-hopped with Centennial and Idaho-7, creating bright citrus aromas of orange, grapefruit, and lemon. It’s light and refreshing with a clean bitter finish.

Serving: On tap at Pinstripes (San Mateo, CA), served in a shaker pint glass.
Appearance: Clear, pale golden yellow with a whisp of white head.
Smell: Crisp lemon and grapefruit citrus, pine needles, and subtle malt.
Taste: Citrus and pine continue from the nose with more resinous notes and a crisp bitter close.
Mouthfeel: Medium body and moderate carbonation.
Overall: Clean, crisp and drinkable West Coast IPA.

Had Slices poured from pint can, bottom stamped "ZESTY" and (apparently) canned on "042524," gift muled from Cali. to Dallas by little bro', into nonic pint.
Pours bright, light melon-gold with creamy 2-finger near-white head, with excellent retention, leaving a thick coating of Belgian lace down the glass. Aromas of tangy, sweet citrus and then mild malt off pour, with the citrus continuing into some bitter but clean herbal and floral aromas, with the florals continuing into long, lingering tart citrus and dank aromas. On tasting, begins sweet but tangy citrus and earthy melon, over moderate pine resin, and continuing into a mildly malty and crispy, drying but not too bitter citrus (lemon) rind, resinous finish.
My first beer from Alpha Acid employs an interesting hop combo with interesting results; I applaud the experiment.
