Another quality Belgian style ale by these guys.
Poured a cloudy, dense orange body (almost OJ like) with one finger head and a lace ring down glass.
Cloudiness, I assume, is thanks to large amount of yeast and there is a large dose of yeast in the aroma. Also some orange/citric notes and a touch of hops.
Smooth and easy to drink, fuller body, all thanks to yeast (as well as a touch of residual sweetness), the hops are more noticeable in the taste and give off a citric vibe.
Balance is kept between hops and other taste profiles as beer has a crisp finish to complement the sweet aspect of beer, which to me at least was more candi sugar like than tropical fruit (mango or pineapple are two that I would I pick), but definitely can say this is a (not overly) hopped beer with sweet and fruit notes.
