Uncle Mike lives in Coronado, CA, surrounded by great IPAs. He's coming for Christmas, so this beer is for him. The pale malt bill and combination of classic C hops--Centennial, Chinook, and Cascade--will make him feel right at home for the holidays. We hope it does the same for you!

Poured a light copper body with minimal head and lace. Aroma has both notes of citric hops and caramel malts. Medium bodied beer that overdoes both hops and caramel malts as the beer is sticky and sweet at some times and other times is earthy, dry and bitter. This is a case where the two distinct flavor profiles seem to clash rather than blend/balance and the beer is just not that pleasant to drink.
