Poured into a tulip glass from a growler. This was from a 2/16/15 tasting.
A - Straw golden orange with a very thin head, hazy
S - Lemon, dill, bubble gum, yeast
T - Follows the nose, with some zesty earthy grains
M - Interesting. Dry finish. Seems somewhat full, but I keep thinking, zesty. Carbonation is above average.
O - Great saison from a new local brewery. Different, but very tasty.
