Poured on-tap at the brewery and served in a snifter, the beer is a toffee brown coloring, with a halo of off-white head. Nose of tangy sweet berries, caramel sweetness, and a bready backbone. This presents like a barleywine. Flavors are very sweet and rich forward, with honey, huckleberry, apple, and a bready backbone. Very smooth and full bodied, with a honey and berry aftertaste. Smooth, velvety, layered finish. Very decent brew.
