We took our 3X Great American Beer Festival award winning lager, and juiced it up with real blood orange and lime to create Sycamore Serveza, the perfect citrusy Mexican Lager.

Served in a can at La Costenita Mexican Grill into a plastic cup. Pours hazy golden yellow color with a 1 finger dense white head with great retention and lacing on the glass. Aromas and flavors of big blood orange juice, lemon, lime, cracker, white bread, wood, peppercorn, pine, herbal, floral, grass. Medium pine, herbal, woody bitter finish. Medium plus carb and light-medium body. Crisp clean refreshing finish. Balanced grainy malt and sticky hop mouthfeel. Light resins and increasing drying. No hop astringency. Nearly bone dry finish. Very flavorful for 4.7%. Love it. Great fruit lager.
