Darker yellow-gold. Looks undercarbed; served with no head Apple, wheat. Light tannic bite. Floral, peppery oak wood, and very light fruit: apricot and quince. Light bready malt. Feel is ultra slick.

The beer offers bright citrus and zest lemon, pear, and apple, funk, hay.
Some grassiness and hay comes through with a light sweet breadiness along with wheat, onto a very dry finish with solid Brett character. Great depth of flavor, while still being very drinkable.
