A- Can poured into my pint glass with a very pale straw yellow body donning a slightly cloudy appearance. A cap shoots up to about an inch high with a very fluffy consistency and pretty good retention. Large sheets of lacing decorate the glass.
S- A hoppy tinge to the aroma with mostly citrus ala tangerine, lemon and lime notes leading the way. Also a bit floral and herbal with pale barley, cracker and bready hints in the backdrop.
T- As above the citrus hops are the main thing to be found in this beer with a bit of grapefruit coming to life with the tangerine zest, lemon-lime and orange notes. Woodsy, floral, pepper, herbal minty and a bit of earthy hints also come from the hops which reign over a backbone of cracker, cereal and slight lager yeast influence.
MF- Light bodied with a substantial puffy and creamy texture from a high end level of carbonation. Ends with a medium but somewhat sharp herbal, citrus bitterness.
Hop forward but not a hop bomb by any means. Pleasant citrus hops give way to floral, herbal and earthy hints which reside over a minimal, pale grainy and slight lager influenced base beer.

Pours light/straw and medium clouded, near white froth, leaves a lot of nice looking fine scattered lacing
Lemony/lime hoppy nose
Light, bright and flavorful...Lite citric notes.....pleasingly easy drinking...crackers/goat cheese amd another glass of this...yum
Worth a try

Poured from a 12 ounce can into a Willi Becher glass.
3.25/4/3.75/4/4.25
Pale yellow and effervescent, with no meanginful head, but good lacing.
Smells hoppy and pleasantly grainy with a light, correctly sulfuric tinge.
Clean, crisp, and discernibly hopped. The finish is sharp, lagery, and metallic, but not in a way that indicates a flaw. A bit of a melon sweetness in the mainbody, and while I might want a touch more malt, the minerality is a pleasant substitute.
Drinkable, moreish, and somehow wholesome feeling.
It's a wonderful union between a pale ale and a bright lager. In other words, it's precisely what it purports to be. Well brewed!

Brief impression from a can:
Hop profile is zesty and tropical, leaning equally on citrusy hop flavour (lemon primarily) and tropical fruit hop flavour (honeydew melon). Malt backbone is on the lighter side; I get pilsner malt and that's about it.
The hops drown out everything else, but it's a shallow beer overall so there isn't much flavour in general hop-emphatic though it may be for a pale lager. I do like its hop oil flavour and texture, and it's smooth, wet, light, and refreshing, which is nice. There just isn't a lot going on here, but it's pleasant and approachable enough to make it above average.
Finishes too bitter; the pilsner malts can't fight the hops off for very long.
Forgettable imbalanced fare from Threes. I'd much sooner nab their vastly superior hoppy pilsner (Vliet) over this.

The beer hits of honeydew candy for days, hints of citrus, a light bready malt character as the beer glides off of the palate. The beer is beautifully sessionable with a forward burst of fruity hop character, while restraining itself from being "juicy." The crisp and dry lager character on the finish makes this a soft everyday hoppy beer, one of the areas where Threes continues to shine.
