Bottle from the brewery in Brooklyn. Pours a hazy amber orange with a flash of white head, minimal lacing, smell is strawberry nesquick, red currant, tart raspberry jam, orange peel, and clove, hints of herbal tea and potpourri, taste is tart overripe strawberry, strawberry jam, green apple flesh, hints of rhubarb and doughy pie crust, feel is light to medium bodied, bright carbonation. Strawberry rhubarb pie vibes, shout out to Grandma Edith.

The beer comes in a hazy deep gold, a light ring of white head.
The aroma smacks of lemony tart, a bit of Sweet Tart, apricot flesh, a bit of earthy funk.
The flavor follows with an hay-like light funky Brett character, with just a touch of smoke. Onto a doughy malt sweetness, a bit of chalky chewable vitamin, a bright lactic medium plus acidity, apricot and white peach with a restrained sweetness, a good amount of dried fruit flavor, a zippy medium plus carbonation, with a quick and clean finish.

Really enjoyable, light-drinking, tart/sour drinker. With every sip, I kept thinking of Sweet Tarts. There's a tart fruity flavor there and I couldn't necessarily peg it as apricot but it is plenty good.
I would drink this regularly if I could.
