Cloudy, golden color. Big, white head. Aroma of citrus and tropical fruits. Moderate, hoppy bitterness. Feels light and easy to drink. Not a juicebomb but well done.

On tap at The Olney Place in Barrington, NY.
This one pours a very hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like pithy and zesty grapefruit, guava, orange, fruit punch, white grape, and grassy hops.
This is pretty solid stuff, with a nice firm bitterness that hangs as a nice background for the juicy and tropical hop character up front. Citra, Motueka, and Nelson Sauvin are basically a dream team of hops, really, and it all works well, with orange, mango, grape, guava, and passionfruit.
This is medium bodied, creamy, and really drinkable, with just a hint of bitterness on the finish.
Threes tends to make IPAs that appeal to what I want out of IPAs these days.

Poured a pint canned on 9/13/21 into a Spiegelau IPA glass tonight (12/25/21), getting a big head that barely fit, then broke down slowly into large bubbles. Brew is very turbid yellowish white, SRM 3. Some coarse lacing from the head, but then none. The opaque white looks like oatmeal in there.
I like the can graphics, but calling this "india pale ale" seems misleading when it looks and tastes so much like NEIPA.
Smells beautifully fruity, lotsa citra, nelson & moteuka tropical citrus melon mango lychee papaya aromas.
Tastes watery for an IPA. Not enough bittering for my palate. Disappointing, as I was hoping to taste more IBUs, less porridge.
Mouthfeel has a good unctuous hop perfume without any of the bracing astringency I enjoy in a good IPA. No bitter aftertaste is not a plus in my book!
Overall, I'd wish Threes Brewing labeled this a NEIPA, and admitted the barley malt's hiding way behind cushy soft oats and wheat, if indeed that's what I'm tasting.
This View is too cloudy & mild for me.

16oz can.
L: Fresh squeezed orange juice with a fluffy head and spotty lacing.
S: Rich, overripe mango and pineapple.
T: Tropical fruit, yellow grapefruit pith, slightly dank. Finish is green and herbal.
F: Medium body with a sharp edge.
O: Solid NEIPA. Fresh & juicy with a grassy, herbal backdrop. Works very well.

Pint in a shaker glass at The Blind Tiger.
Pours a hazy light yellow with a medium sized creamy head. Smell is mild, tropical, very appetizing.
Taste is citrus pith and a little resin.
Mouthfeel is surprisingly light and dry. Overall, good.

16 oz can into a tulip glass.
Pours a hazy, nearly opaque bright golden color with 2 fingers of creamy white head. The head leaves a ring of lacing around the top of the glass before settling into a thick layer of foam. What it lacks in lacing it makes up for in retention.
The aroma is exceedingly tropical, but doesn't lean on the pineapple as much as other southern hemisphere hopped beers. There's lots of guava, papaya, and melon with some hints of lychee. The citrus comes through with some grapefruit and orange pith.
The flavor brings a fair bit of papaya, mango, and melon notes up front followed by a touch of pineapple, lemon, grapefruit and coconut. There's finish of pithy citrus and pine, supported by a doughy malt backbone.
The feel is medium bodied with very soft carbonation. Incredibly pillowy soft, creamy and smooth with a dry finish.
Overall, this is a great NEIPA that is tropical as hell, yet well-balanced with pithy citrus notes and a solid malt backbone.
