Appearance: Pours a hazy goldenstraw with a foamy white head building to an inch before fading; splashy lacing
Smell: Funky and grainy, with a hint of sea salt; hints of stone fruit and a mineral edge
Taste: A hint of stone fruit, at the outset, with the farmhouse funk and grainy elements building; a lot of mineral and some of that Amagansett sea salt, through the middle; relatively dry finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: A lot of interesting, subtle elements in this enjoyable saison

Poured from a 500mL bottle into a Yankees wine glass. Saison brewed with Amagansett sea salt.
3.75/3.75/4/4/4
Pellucid, lightly carbonated gold with a finger of sparse head
Smells crisp and fresh. Slightly grassy with mineral notes and grainy sweetness.
That is a really nice saison. Not as funky as I normally like my saisons, but the perceived sweetness is never obnoxious or overwhelming. A pleasant fruitiness, with touches of peach, and an almost tart endtaste. The grain is very present. A bit thick on the tongue.
I imagine the beer was brewed to go with food, which I could see. It stands on its own, but is not exceptional. Recommended for fans of sweeter saisons.

Mid sized bottle, w/o freshness/bottling date info that I can find, purchased at the out post location.
The pour here is lightly hazed lighter amber, rocky and lasting cap, leaves large spots of lacing.
Flowery nose with some ripe fruits.
Soft and smooth in the mouth.
Tasty saison, perhaps a hint of the advertised and highfalutin "Amagansett sea salt", I get some melon, soft oranges, light spicing....complex, well crafted and worthy take on the beloved Belgian style, the final pour adds some nutty yeasty qualities...well worth a try ....go get out to Brooklyn and get some..
