DIPA hopped with Galaxy and Vic Secret

Some folks struggle to find meaning in anything. They explore every nook and cranny in the universe looking to find the intrinsic nature in everything they see, touch and feel.

If you're not into thinking so hard, simply crack open a can of this juicy beer and enjoy. This Double IPA is designed with two of our most explosive hops: Vic Secret and Enigma. Both are sourced from Australia and possesses intense notes of pineapple, soft melon and dank berry fruit. Make no mistake, this beer is tropical-forward and luscious.

Tasting Notes: Genetically Modified Oranges, Papaya, Various Children Candies, Bouncy, Jello Shots

Cloudy, amber color. Big, white head. Pine, citrus, and malt in the aroma. Decent hoppy bitterness in taste. The beer is somewhere in the middle between a classic and NE DIPA.

Poured a cloudy, orange-gold body with two-finger head that stuck around for awhile. Aroma struck me like orange rinds, citric hops and pine. Smooth, medium body, almost creamy with some sweetness like an orange creamisicle and this is balanced by a dry piney-ness and some bitterness like pink grapefruit and something with a peppery zest. The beer has a relaxing finish and is easy to drink.

A very soft, gentle flavor profile, if that makes any sense. Low acidity and bitterness, not too sweet, but engaging with the sweeter elements of mandarin orange, nectarine, papaya, and honeydew. A touch of grassiness as part of a moderately dry finish. A few years into this NEIPA craze, but this one is still a bit distinctive.

Can at Can Jam Deciduous edition
Hazy grapefruit yellow with a bubbly white head. Earthy light spice with bits of citrus and pineapple and a touch of pine. Sweet bread underneath is just shy of overdone. Tasty beer.
