Golden color. Medium-sized, white head. Funky aroma with notes of honey and herbs. Semidry, yeasty taste with tart finish. Expected a little bit more.

Slowly We Learn is is a barrel-aged saison brewed with wildflower honey.
The bottle pour was a gusher, lost a few $ worth. The color is a very pale yellow with a slight haze.
The aroma is of lemon, straw and saison yeast.
The flavor is quite pleasant. Lime and sumac notes are prominent. There is a bit of tartness and the saison yeast dice is noted.
The body is light and the finish is dry.
I would welcome another tomorrow.
