Poured from a can into German lager glass. Ice cold. Very nice Pilsner...more German like Bitburger...which is my favorite Pils. Poured pale and clean with a subtle head. Nicely balanced between malts and hops. Good Pilsner! Love this one...it is a keeper!!! I live in Maryland and this is brewed locally....would love to get me some of this delicious beer on tap!

On draught, a pale golden pour with a nice
1-finger head and decent lacing.
Nice malty flavor, but less of the classic Pilsner malt flavor than anticipated. Graininess and grassiness are soft. Mellow citrus hints. The hops profile is enjoyable, pleasant bitterness.

Perfect for a sweltering June day. Picked up at Shoppers in Germantown, which oddly is one of the few places I've seen Monument products consistently outside Baltimore. The lemon zest and grassiness of the nose is joined by a stellar bread note and mild but flavorful aftertaste. Maybe a touch over carbonated in the finish.

Huge head bubbles down steadily. Clear golden color. Floral hops aroma. Bitter taste with a smooth finish. Solid Pilsner.

Pale gold with a bit of a haze under a small white head that left little lacing. Malty, herbal aroma with a softer side when compared to a traditional German pils. Taste is well rounded with good body. Turning spicier after a gulp or two. Dry, medium bodied, decently carbonated mouthfeel. Thought, at first, that this was kind of a hybrid pils style. There are a lot of similarities to a German pils but it is distinct enough to stand on its own as a Czech/Bohemian offering.

Poured into a glass, its a bright, golden-straw shade with healthy carbonation. Quite translucent, it's clear and looks inviting. Kinda looks like a beer you'd see them drink on a sitcom. The smell is nothing not stand-out, just hoppy with maybe the slightest hint of caramel. Same for the taste - light, hoppy, and crisp with the tiniest notes of sweetness when it hits your tongue. This would be pretty refreshing on a warm day.

12 ounce can poured into a Pilsner glass.
As advertised by MCB this one has, in my novice opinion, traits of both German and Czech/Bohemian style Pilsners but seems to fall more in line with the German style.
Pale gold and clouded by "chill haze" it is topped by two plus fingers of white fluffy foam and shows plenty of rising bubbles. The head fades to a thin cap in about a minute. The nose is hop forward, grass and lemon zest with a sweet fruity aroma that approaches over-ripe banana. Bread malt lies underneath. The taste is much cleaner and more dry than the smell indicates. Light citrus and floral hop flavor, bitterness is low and clean right through popping up a bit at the finish. Malt flavor is akin to lightly toasted bread, low in sweetness. The carbonation is medium-high. Body is to the high side of light in weight and crisp but froths a little before swallowing. The finish is short. Regardless of where it falls with style, it's decent and drinks easy.

Golden yellow body with a finger of white foam. Nose features biscuit, cracker malts, grains, and slight hops. Taste is really clean: malts, yeast, breadiness in general, slight flowers and hops on the finish. Feel is where the hops are felt most, but still very crisp and bready overall. Goes down easy on a hot day, a good beer for a wedding reception

If you are looking for a super dry Pilsner, this isn’t it for you. This is smooth and do not sting your esophagus.
Flavor is well balanced. Refreshing. Smell is light. Nothing overpowering.

Poured from can into German lager glass. @55 degrees temp. A bit underwhelmed. Poured a bit light in color and did not have a robust pillowy head and retention as I’d hoped. Nose was light, nothing floral or peppery hop wise from the Saaz. Taste was good though. Nicely balanced between malts and hops. Good Pilsen and Saaz flavors. But while mouthfeel was appropriately soft carbonation wise which I hope for... the body was a slight bit syrupy at the end. Overall and based on other reviews I’ll give it a positive, but will need to try again... maybe on tap.

Light yellow gold color with brilliant white cap and lacing.
Aroma of yeasty, bready malt and floral, spicy hops.
Taste is evenly spread between malt and hops. The malt is bready and bordering on rich while the hops do retain some floral aspects and spicy elements. Toward the finish hops build to a firm end that lasts into the aftertaste.
Medium texture with balancing carbonation.
I believe this is a first rate example of a German-Czech style Pilsner.
