Appearance: Pour a clear pale lavender color with a three finger head; reasonably good retention with a few spots of lace
Smell: Tart lime tones with a floral element
Taste: Tart and floral tones forward with growing tartness, through the middle; modest amounts of salt and herbal tones in the finish
Mouthfeel: Light body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Tart and refreshing; brewed with butterfly pea flowers which provide an herbal element
