A good solid Wit. Nice pale straw color with big notes of banana with a slightly subtle citrus finish. Body is a bit on the lighter side making it easy to drink and still maintains those main flavors you look for in a Wit.

Mostly clear straw appearance with a medium size white head and a fair amount of lacing. Yeasty aroma highlighted with banana, coriander, lemon and spice. Flavor is on the grainy side, yeast still evident, while an herbal, spicy quality continues to evolve. Getting a little sweeter, slightly tart aftertaste. Light bodied, decently carbonated mouthfeel.

16 ounce can poured into a Tulip.
I haven't had many Witbiers but this seems to well represent the style and is at the very least refreshing and enjoyable.
Pouring pale gold in color and hazy but letting plenty of light through. It shows some rising bubbles along the side of the glass and suspended bits of sediment. Two plus fingers of white foam, both thick and sudsy, stubbornly seals off the top of the glass. A nice mix of light fruit and spice, coriander, citrus, light yeast/banana and a bit of sweet orange flesh make up the moderate strength nose. Tasting of spice/coriander/citrus, mostly dry and slightly acidic with low bitterness. It finishes with a dry tang. Medium in body with high carbonation adding a well defined crispness.
