Clear, deep gold, big off-white head, excellent retention, spotty lacing
Pine, herbal, earthy aroma, maybe a bit of grapefruit
Tastes like it smells with a slightly sweet and toasty malt flavor
Medium-light bodied and well carbonated
I'd probably like this beer more if I knew what the Single Malt and Single Hop were.

Clear amber appearance with a large white head and modest lacing. Aroma straight out of the centennial hop notebook featuring notes of pine and citrus. Resinous taste supported by citrussy accents. Think you would be safe to consider this 'west coast' style although a few purists might disagree. Bitterness is prominent but not overwhelming. Medium bodied, decently carbonated mouthfeel that is uncomplicated and well balanced. No noticeable flaws. Approachable abv. Enjoyable.
