Copenhagen 5/5 2019. 33 cl little chubby bottle from Vin de Table, Frederikssundsvej, Kbh NV. Drawing of pink pinata which has been run over by a car on the label.
Pours unclear, golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as flimsy, patch of thin foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is malty and sweetish. Sweet malts, bread, corn. Has a slightly metallic odor. light sourish notes.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively tingling texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by sightly stronger bitterness. Aftertate is bitter with a lighter sweet undercurrent. Lingers shortly.
It seems that BRAW succeeded in creating a watery, sweetish lager beer. But fortunately with a healthy bitterness to make it a little bit interesting.
