Copenhagen 11/3 2017. 33 cl bottle from Østerbro Vin og Spiritus, Østerbrogade, Kbh. Ø. Simple label sayin " A Monument to Compromise in capital letters.
Pours a quite weird variation of yellow which looks kinda grey. Small white head. Settles as very thin layer of foam. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intensely fruity and flowery. Sweet peach, canned pears with lightly tart citric notes.
Medium strong carbonation and slightly thick palate.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by tart sour bitterness. Aftertaste is weirdly soapy, sweet and bitter at the same time.
I could do without the soup and strange color - but it is refreshing and much needed vibe of summer.
