I find this to be most delightful. From the beautiful deep copper color to the aroma of winter-time spices, this is a very refreshing dubbel. I really like the flavor with the unique combination of spices - I am really just guessing but I think I am picking up on nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, and maybe cardoman. But whatever they are, the beer is really delicious and not over done - in other words, you still know that you are drinking BEER; which is the most important thing after all.

I really do not understand what I am supposed to taste here, but it is interesting. Does not seem like a dubbel. Some spice and maybe mint. Not sour. Worth a try. Hazy brown, slight lacing. Earthy almost peaty nose.
