At brewery.
Light copper, clear, small white head.
Wet wool, Brett, fruity soap, guava, apricot.
Sweet stone fruit, young Brett, orange preserves. It’s mildly fruity with light Brett flavors.
Medium bodied, not very carbonated.
I don’t get much funk or hoppiness. It isn’t sour or bitter. I love experimentation, but this one is a better luck next time.
