At brewery.
Slightly hazy light yellow with a puffy two fingers of white head.
This is POG.
Sweet pineapple, nutty guava, sour guava, and a little coppery sourness. It’s a big burst of flavor that has a metallic bitter and sour finish.
Light bodied with a bit of matte feel.
This is the best (of two) POG beers I’ve had and one of the best beers I’ve had lately. Shout out to Lanikai Brewing Company, but Texas did it better. The collective version has wonderful vibrant flavors and just the right level of sourness.
