a cool recipe, and maybe a little sloppy on the execution, but the flavors are cool here, strawberries and mint working pretty well together actually. i think the clean tartness is neat too, it highlights the mint and keeps the strawberries from getting too sweet, kind of ties it together, i wasnt sure how these would work in a sour, but its a success for sure. really pale in color, almost see through, and without a lot of grain character in flavor either, i actually wish for a little more wheat to substantiate this, but the lightness is also appealing. not too sour to drink a lot of, and with hardly any body. very fresh mint aspect, jammy sweetness to the berries, but a nice balance between them. some minerals, lemons, and subtle white wine. fun mix of flavors, not overdone at all, and with a very summery energy to it, way better in hot weather i would think. my lady really loved it, i liked it a lot too. cool to see some new flavors from these guys, its been awhile since i have seen any innovation from them!
