Great beer for their 1st Anniversary. This Saison is just as it says, full of passionfruit aromas and flavor. Nice full white head that fades to a skim, but easily aroused with a swirl. Smooth on the palate and goes down pretty easy with a drying finish.
Unusual, and I loved it. Can't wait to see what they cook up for their second anniversary!
