Poured an amberish copper with a nice one-inch thick white head which left splotchy lace. Asked the server to confirm that I was given a Pale ale just to be sure. Nose of apple cider vinegar. Taste of sweet malts. Not really dialed in. But it was $3 at happy hour, so there you go.

Thanks to ericandersnavy for sharing this bottle.

The beer pours a hazy golden color with a large white head. The aroma is pretty bland with some wheat/grain and earthy hops. The flavor is toffee malt with some earthy hop notes. Nothing really stands out in the aroma or the flavor. Medium mouthfeel and high carbonation.

This is a surprisingly good APA, grapefruty and resiny but well balanced with firm character.

Light amber, it has a huge, out-of-control, off-white head steadily shrinking to a large, lasting puffy head and some foamy lacing.

The aroma is a good take on the usual wst-coast APA, grapefruity but not overly so, with caramel, toasty grain, hint of raisin, hint of pine. It's balanced and well-rounded.

The taste is similar, resiny, grapefruity, and caramelyl up front with caramelly grain, leafiness, and raisiny sweetness followed by a peppery-citrusy-piney bitterness
and light spiciness. It's slightly oily and the light bitterness and resiny taste linger with some caramel. The bitterness is just a tad too persisitent and clingy but otherwise it's pretty well-balanced and solid.

A=Pours a deep copper color with little head.

S=Nice hop aroma with little pine resin in the initial sip

Taste= Nice balance of malt and hops-does finish with a little hop roughness

Mouthfeel= Good medium mouthfeel.

Drinkability= I like this beer a few pints would be good. I would buy this beer again and would love to try it on tap
