Wondering what this will be like, the BFG-IS suggests a big cherry stout? I've yet to read the can beyond the brewery, beer's name and ABV%.
L- Pours effectively black with small patch of deep tan foam.
S- Big cocoa, and there is a rich perfumed facet... we'll see.
T- Rich, big cocoa, then presumably lactose... it has that rich/dairy/cream edge to it. Yep, this certainly has sweet cherry in it.
F- This is beyond rich into sweet; it's 'making my teeth curl' as we used to say as children.
O- I wonder how many people are likely to be repeat buyers of this one. Aka for me it's something I'm curious to try once but zero chance of buying again. It's so off-piste it barely resembles beer at all. It's more like a creamy-feeling cherry-coke with a dry (hops/ABV%) lick to it.
440ml can BB: Bought from TremblingMadness/York as part of a large pick-your own consignment to London. £6.55 Ouch.

--Now I'll read the labe for clues: 'deep rich milk stout, conditioned on 140Kg of fresh cherries balancing roasted coffee and chocolate notes with aromas of vanilla caramel and cherry'. Contains Barley, wheat, oats, cherry, vanilla, lactose [etc].'
