I had this beer on-tap in a tumbler at the brewery in London.
Appearance: medium yellow hue with a moderate haze and a finger of frothy foam atop.
Smell: melon and something a little bit bright like yuzu or something. Honestly not bad.
Taste: some citrus and some tropical character with a bit of brightness and juiciness. Again my brain says yuzu. Nevertheless … for a beer of this ABV it’s quite good!
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: it’s on the light side, which is no surprise, but this is a nice hazy pale. I could quaff a few of these.
