This beer appears a cloudy medium pale golden colour, with one finger of soapy white head, which leaves rings of lace as it recedes. It smells of yeast, banana, and light citrus fruit. The taste is peach cream, yeast, and white biscuit grain. The carbonation is quite soft, the body sticky and fruity, and it finishes off-dry, a bit peachy (the fruit, I mean...) and yeasty.

Pretty tasty, the peach flavours balance nicely with the underlying Wit.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a somewhat light peachy colour with a huge white head. It then smells bubble gum artificial fruity, about nothing is that sweet smelling.Taste is both creamy and light. Not finishable. Candy, almost soda-ish taste, with some harsh edges so it offers undesireable characteristics of both soda and beer.

Light golden pour with a large frothy white head, and good retention and lace. Strong peach aroma, is both natural and appetising, but seems to overpower the other elements a little. Still its pleasant and summery. The flavour is SWEET. Wow... this is like a chapeau lambic. Completely not what I was expecting... I thought perhaps it would be their belgian wit with subtle peach notes, but this is full on peach and sugar. In a strange way I'm digging it - I think it would make a phenomenal dessert beer, but a terrible thirst quencher. The body is medium and slightly sticky, with a decent carbonation to alleviate any hint of syrupyness.

A strange goose, and one I'll have to try again to get a better read of it and see if its as it was intended. It is interesting though, and Mill Street are really starting to push some boundaries - I think this should be encouraged.
