473 mL can from the LCBO; coded Mar 2 2023 and served slightly chilled.

Pours a foggy straw yellow colour, generating one finger of soapy, foamy white head that drops down to a bumpy, eighth-inch cap and collar of frothy suds. Plenty of lacing, too - looks nice in the glass, but the aroma is comparatively quite muted, even plain. It smells of white bread, wheaty grains, grassy hops and citrus peel, with hints of indeterminate tropical fruit.

Cleaner-tasting than most pale ales, which I suppose is part of the whole 'cold' gimmick. Grainy malts, bready wheat sweetness, grapefruit pith and melon, with hints of mango and citrus peel preceding a tropical-fruity aftertaste that trends off-dry. Light-medium in body, with assertive, prickly carbonation that adds a crisp, palate-scrubbing quality to this brew's mouthfeel. Much more refreshing than most IPAs, with exceptional drinkability.

Final Grade: 3.62, a B grade. Mill Street's Cold IPA made for a decent tipple - it does drink a lot like a dry-hopped lager, albeit a rather high abv one, and overall I think it's better than most of their mainline pale ales. The mouthfeel might just be the highlight here: it's a solid thirst-quencher, ideal for a hot summer evening. An otherwise unspectacular, inoffensive beer, worth the tick if you don't mind Mill Street products in general, but not a beer I'd go out of my way for.

I bought a can at the Beer store in Ontario Canada 473ml at 6.5%.
Poured into glass with a 2 finger head leaving a lace as you drink it.
Well balanced fruit flavours smooth cold and very enjoyable to drink.
Overall this cold IPA beer is well done ✅
Would definitely buy it again.
Cheers
