It claims to be an American pale ale (or as they call it, a Texas pale ale) but it tastes like they accidentally made it into a sour. The head looks like foam on the shore of a choppy lake, rather than from a clean pour of beer. I'm not a fan of sours, so the issue could be personal preference. Best to try this on tap before committing to a six-pack.

A little bitter for my taste, OK with a meal.

Appearance: crystal clear with little carbonation and a thick fluffy off white head. The body is a nice medium copper color and there’s mild lacing to this ale.
Smell: Strong floral aromas and some fruity smells come through.
Taste: Crisp and buttery with more of a hop presence as it hits the back of your throat. Just a bit spicy and very well balanced with a hint of alcohol in its aftertaste.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with a slightly dry after taste and mild carbonation.
Overall: Not bad overall, this is a pretty good ale to drink up, I did serve this at room temperature.
