L: Pours a pale goldenish orange with a medium white head and nice lacing on the glass.
S: Notes of citrus poke out of a really stronger dank and piney bitterness.
T: Rather strong dank bitterness kinda overwhelms the rest of the beer.
F: Medium body, good carbonation.
O: A little one and bitter this beer is.

one of the better beers i have had from these guys so far. nice to see them getting a little local distribution, this was on tap at kaos pizza on pearl street. a cloudy pint for a pale ale, almost looks like the first pull off the last keg or something, more sediment than should be there in the style, but the head is tall and white and thick and it smells delicious. wet and juicy hops, northwestern maybe in varietal, nothing boundary pushing, but well selected and very generously dosed. smells almost like an ipa, and the sediment doesnt interfere aromatically at all. the flavor is very good too, lots of hop flavor with only a shade of bitterness on the back end. it actually finishes juicy and less dry than others, but still crazy drinkable. carbonation is a point or two below where i like to see it in the style, but it was still refreshing because of how cold it was served. thats been an issue in their other beer at times too. well done pale overall though, and a good buddy with a greasy pepperoni and pepperoncini pizza pie.
