This brewery has slightly low carbonation and a magically vanishing head for all of the beers that I've tried, and this one is no exception; the trade is that it gives their beers a soft, pleasant mouthfeel. A solid imperial porter, a nice smooth chocolate/coffee aftertaste, a well-integrated bourbon flavor, nothing groundbreaking, but highly enjoyable.
