Ours is a bona fide West Coast American IPA. Lots of citrus, pine and stone fruit hop character to match the complexity of the grains. Light copper in color and well balanced.

really solid ipa, and needed after a day in the vinyards with way too much wine going down. a fun day, but a beer was needed. this is classically styled with some malt backing all the hops, its got some residual sweetness to counteract the bitterness, and takes some oily texture from the hops too, nothing radical in terms of hop profile, but a well made local pint here from walla walla. definite floral honey, pink grapefruit, zesty orange, and light toast character in the nose, all real fresh and with a super clean ferment it seems, middle of the road bitterness to my nose, and a light lemon thing too, very appealing. the flavor is balanced with some minerals running through it, and the malt never gets heavy or interferes too much with the hops, faint chestnut to it. light pine and gin botanicals, soft citrus, and a zippy finish, not overly fruity on the hops, and quite familiar, but well timed and dosed for a pretty full spectrum taste overall. well refined, this is good and clear, well carbonated, and frothy feeling. i dont mind the little bit of residual sweetness for balance, and overall this was really solid. nice with salty food, even refreshing in that context, well done.

Pours a darker color than what would be expected for an IPA, almost an imperial look, so a rich amber color.

Almost no head of foam (1/4 inch) but foam does not dissipate. Stays for a few minutes even after a few sips. Then lingers on side of glass, legs don't move down glass. (Wish I could take a picture)

Great hoppy IPA flavor with just enough citrus. What is to be expected from a Washington State IPA and then some.

Looking forward to what else they brew up.
