This Pale Ale uses 100% New Zealand hops; Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Riwaka and Wai-iti. You get a little white wine notes from the Nelson Sauvin, crushed lime from Motueka, citrus & tropical fruit from Riwaka and stone fruit from Wai-iti - a potent tiki cocktail of tropical flavors. This beer is light in color but not light in flavor.
