Formerly Whoppy Hoppy
The Whoppy Hoppy is a hoppy wheat ale with a golden orange color and a mouthful of flavor. This light-bodied brew is crisp and delivers wonderful hints of passion fruit and grapefruit that come from the natural tropical flavors of the Citra hops used in brewing.

I got a can of this beer from my BRAH-in-law whom gave it to me for my half-century birthday. It poured a clear copper with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had subtle grain and citrus notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright malt base with semi sweet malt base with bittet citrus fruit presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.

Listed on the board at their taproom as an IPA. This must be a wheaten IPA, then.
Clear, medium light orange and amber look. Subtle, caramel tinged, medium roasted malt, with slight spice note, in the aroma. Moderate, spiced malt flavor, with a bit of tangerine peel, to the flavor. A little light but good.

16 ounce can into IPA glass, canned on 6/11/2020. Pours slightly hazy pale golden yellow color with a 2-3 finger dense and fluffy off white head with great retention that reduces to a nice head that lingers. Thick soapy lacing and moderate carbonation. Aromas and flavors of red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, apricot, melon, passion fruit, citrus peel/rind, pine ,wood, peppercorn; with wheat and biscuit malts. Good sized pine/rinded bitterness on the finish. Medium bodied with creamy/bready wheat and sticky/resinous hops in the mouthfeel. Lasting resin after the finish, but not too astringent. This is pretty aggressive but drinkable. Definitely a west coast style all the way through. Great Citra hop profile.

Can says IPA, but describes Whoppy as Wheat+Hoppy. Hmm
Thanks to foundersasap for this one.
Pours a turbid golden orange. Fluffy head leaps forth. Solid retention and curtains of lacing.
Aromas of lemon blossom, grapefruit, resiny pine, and grainy malt.
Taste follows faithfully. But definitely leaves the juicy for the bitter.
Mouthfeel is a tad light, but active. Slick finish.
Overall, a solid refreshing drink.

Pours a opaque orange with a very generous two finger head, excellent retention leaving nice sticky lacing. Very fragrant aroma of pine, citrus, the hop profile is simple, but in a good way. Amazing hops hit you in the mouth, nicely bitter, medium carb. This is a fantastic beer, I’d highly recommend if you see it, it won’t disappoint.

This pours a clear clean amber tan. There's a big citra aroma with lemony notes dominating. Flavor is somewhat one dimensional, with a citra smack and a quick finish. Surprisingly enjoyable, like a Gumball head understudy.
