Clear golden with a nice frothy head, off white.

Nose of malty breadiness, smells creamy as well.

Very soft and dry at the end, this is a solid saison style beer, good malt palate with minimal hops, roasty without a sourness that I like, but very drinkable. This might be a good sessionable beer, good mouth heaviness, and very easy drinker.

Pours a clear, coppery amber with good bubbling, a little lacing, and a nic two finger head after the pour that recedes to a tiny island of foam. The aroma is of dry, seasoned, herbal, bready malts. The hops seems to add some of that herbal quality to the beer's aroma. Dryness upfront and through this beers palate really plays the caramel malts and hebal hops very well. The finish is just of green apple skins, tart, but sill a little sweet. The best session saison I've had yet.
