A refreshingly effervescent, elegant ale with coriander like flavours, a little peppery tartness and a spicy hop aroma to follow.

Copenhagen 12/10 2016. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh Ø. A Sail Ship cruising the Ocean with a red dragon on one of the sails on the label. Very maritime.
Pours hazy golden yellow with a white head. Settles asa 0,5 cm thick layer of foam. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is of sour unripe berries, black pepper, alcohol and citrus.
Medium strong carbonation and watery texture.
Flavor is distinctly sour with only very subdued sweetness.
Quite fresh and tart experience. Even though I did not catch what the relationship is with all the maritime stuff is all about.
