It’s sour. It’s smoky. It’s exactly what you would expect the beer to taste like if a bunch of samsquamches threw a block party.

Interesting sounding beer based on the description so my wife added it to her flight. This beer is a golden amber in color with a thin white head that dissipates very quickly to a very thin lacing. There is light carbonation visible in the form of small bubbles rising slowly toward the surface. 3.75/5 The aroma is a bit muted but there are notes of light smoke, lemon juice, white bread, and light caramel. These are mainly undertones but they are noticeable. 3.25/5 The flavor begins with a very light caramel and white bread that leads into a lemon juice tartness and sourness with an undertone of smoke. It is not overly smoky, just a bit to cut the sourness. There is very little in the way of bitterness or sweetness with the opening sweetness being just a brief glimpse of caramel before the tart and sour characteristics begin to show up. 3.5/5 This beer features a fairly light mouthfeel that coats the tongue nicely but is not overly dry or viscous, rather reaching for the middle ground. There is a light carbonation burn up front but this dissipates rather quickly. No lingering dryness upon swallowing. 4/5 This beer is an interesting combination of sour and smoky with more of an emphasis being placed on the sour for sure. The smoke acts more as an undertone so that it doesn't overpower the sour. The sourness is not an overpowering sourness that detracts from the rest of the beer. 3.5/5

If you like smoked beers and sour beers, this one is for you. It's like their Berliner Weiss with a smoked sausage in it. Very good.
