Is it sparkling wine? Au contraire, mon ami. It's very dry, lightly hopped, highly carbonated beer fermented with cranberry and raspberry. Vibrant red color and delightful berry aroma.

I had this on tap at the brewery. It's a tasty tart and lightly fruited lager. Pour a rosè color, pleasing berries on the nose and a crisp finish on the sip.

A bit dry in the mouth but semi-sweet to the taste, like a fruity, dry wine.
