On-tap at the brewery

Pours a slightly hazy straw body with an of-white head build from unusually pronounced but sturdy bubbles; it's a pretty unique sight.

Aromas of tangerine and orange zest are propped up by a soft, well-made backbone of sweet wheat and grain.

Taste is so herbaceous for a blonde; there's a mild dankness, bits of grass, and a blunt, comfortable hoppy finish; light citrus notes prove to be the sole, but formidable barrier from outright earthiness, an contribute to the malty backbone staying intact.

Mouthfeel is light-medium bodied with carbonation on the lower side; thin at times, but gritty enough overall to detract from any of the thin qualities.

Incredibly unique blonde. Heavily bitter while still maintaining that malty lightness signature to the style; that said, this one pushes a limit and almost crosses over, but ultimately sustains itself. Not your everyday blonde, but when a particular mood strikes, this is a great and truly peripheral take on the style.
