Poured from a 16oz can into a tulip glass.
A: The beer is a light cloudy yellowish gold color, with a large white head that fades slowly and leaves a thick but spotty lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains wheat, Belgian yeast, bananas, citrus, caramelized malts and a good amount of hops.
T: The taste starts out sweet with flavors of citrus, bananas and some caramel. Then a strong hops presence for the style comes in. The malt character is hearty but not too heavy and brings a very good balance. The after-taste is slightly sweet and slightly hoppy.
M: Crisp and very smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.
O: Very tasty, goes down quite easily, not too filling, decent kick, very good hoppy representation of style, this is a very solid beer to drink for a long time.
