750ml bottle served in a stem. Batch 1 bottled on 12/10/2019. Pours a translucent orange-gold with a frothy, one inch, off-white head. Nose expresses notes of oak, grass and citrus rind. Taste consistent with nose - some nice buttery notes from the wood come out in the flavor profile. Mouthfeel is light in body with a bright carbonation and a mild acidity. Overall, quite nice - the oak and mixed culture blend nicely. Wish I had another bottle to open up down the line.
