This farmhouse ale was fermented in our oak foeders before being conditioned on 300 lbs of tart cherries.

Very attractive pink ale, quite clear if decanted, but nearly opaque once you pour the rest of the bottle.
Lovely aroma, prominently featuring cherry, along with a lovely musty funk along for the ride.
Similar on the palate, with cherries leading the way, and bringing along a tartness that makes it difficult to determine how sour the base beer is, if at all. There's some musty funk and a good amount of oak. The base beer is lost a touch in the sea of cherries, which isn't at all a bad thing, but it does make for a less complex saison than some others.
