Poured to a BrewDog snifter.
Sahtipaja Vaniljcider is a swedish cider that is not accomodated within BeerAdvocate styles.
A: Body is crystalline clear with a yellow touch. Having no carbonation is clearly looks like apple juice. No head as well.
S: The aroma is very strong on vanilla, having a back support on apples, licquorice and a hint of wild fermentation that I'm not sure if it's here or not.
T: Taste starts off with a little apple profile that moves very quickly to a overload of vanilla, being too predominant on the taste. In the end, the mix between a wild (?) fermentation and vanilla is odd and doesn't go very well.
M: Body is low. Carbonation is medium. Sweetness is too high. Sourness is low. Bitterness is low.
O: Not my type of thing but will keep on trying more.
